I haven’t had any problems with this app. In fact, I went through several cameras (samsung, panasonic, nest) and camera apps trying to find one that allowed me to record in an SD card, and access the cameras remotely and this one does that perfectly! I can record 24/7 and it marks the areas where there has been sound or motion detection making it easy to navigate through the recordings. I wish there was a forward button that let you automatically jump to the next aound/motion recording but instead you have to scroll. That’s my only criticism. I use this with the victure cameras sold on Amazon which look just like the nest cameras and they work amazingly well.

Using this app with 4 Kingkong Smart POE cameras. Also using the windows version. Recordings backed up to NAS that has built in surveillance software. Using just basic recording and viewing. Was easy to install and the app picks up feed very quickly from home internet/wifi or from 4G when away. Having used any push or motion detection features. 1 month in and no glitches.

The app keeps telling me to renew, but I’m already subscribed. The app shows my cloud camera as being expired, but it records most of the time on the cloud and is retrievable. Some event recordings say they are non-existant or inaccessible.

The company support section is very helpful and they can assist in fixing any issue people might face with the usage if their dvr device. Hope that danale software keeps Improving by adding extra features to connect to private network or cloud.

Works fine. Does not detect 5g networks so switch your device to a 2.4ghz band before doing Setup. Not sure what other users are moaning about. Had no difficulties with Setup on out camera.

Pretty savvy, yet I cannot seem to get the system working. Black screen with is all that’s up. Im getting frustrated. Had security system 15 years..This new one doesnt work? Patience is a virtue. I’ll get it. May need to call.

Using it for about a month. We can’t use cloud because the cams are at our cottage and cellular data is expensive. That being said, with this app we can check in on the live feed video and mic. So far so good.

Excellent IP camera. Easily set up through app. Excellent quality images and videos. If your broadband is set to 5ghz change it to 2.5ghz through your phone with your Internet settings.

I have not encountered major issues except the first few times using it. Once I got familiar with the navigation and interface everything works well.

Works great for me. Easy setup, PTZ control, and what is most important it offers remote camera monitoring. So you can access camera on the go. But works only with JOOAN camera brand.
